The title of the book that i read is called Elsewhere by Gabrielle Zevin. This book was published in 2005. the genre of this book is fiction or teen-fiction. A couple of the awards that the book Elsewhere got is the Booklist Editors' Choice, Top of the List Youth Fiction,Books for the Teen Age, New York Public Library and the Borders Original Voices Award. The book has about 288 pages in it. this book was so good it to me about two days to read it. One of the main characters in this book is Elizabeth also known as Liz. Liz is a regular girl, but at the age of 15 she was in a major accident, while riding her bike. sadly Liz passed away after the accident. Another character is her grand mom Betty, Betty is the one who helps Liz through her troubles. The setting of this book is mainly on a boat.

The setting once again is on a boat. The good guy in this book is Owen. Some of the main choices the character is whether she wants to go back to Earth when she goes back in time. the conflict of this book is that Liz is trying to except the fact that she is dead. The bad guy that hit her by the car is the bad guy. Zoey is another character in this book she Liz's best friend. Alvy,Owen and Lucy are also characters in this book.

The themes is that you may have a second chance in life so take it.the message is that you live life to the fullest. the characters help convey the message by when she got a second chance at life she took it and did everything. I think when Liz stopped talking to Owen, i would of still talked to him.i think the actions help us with the message because what they do helps visualize what is actually happening, it kinda feels like your part of the story.

I liked many things about this book. One of my main reasons i liked this is that it was just so interesting and well written. Like i said in the other paragraph it felt like you were there. Also i like that it was about a girl my age, so i could relate a little bit with her. I'm not really sure what i didn't like about this book. in all honesty this was one of my favorite books of all time!

In conclusion i believe you should go out rite now and buy this book! For me to read this book in two day is crazy. If that was any other book it would have taken me about two weeks to read. So for all of you that don't like to read, just like me should positively absolutely go out, buy this book and read it! Just to give you guys a heads up on the book I'm reading now is called Tears of a Tiger by Sharon M. Draper. this book is about a group of boys from a school basketball team. One day after their game they decided to go out and drink. when they got in the car just a little while after they got in a really bad accident and one boy died. The main character Andy is very depressed saying it should of been him and why didn't i die. So far this book is really good.
